email problems- which one?

i posted earlier having address book problems apple mail. did not relies, assuming there no way help. question other email programs use? how delete email addresses used in apple mail or mac mail or so?

 

i saw other post didn't understand asking. use apple mail , happy it. can better explain issue you're having address book?
