How to remove an update from the mac apple store? "ODD"

suddenly see update in mac app store, don’t have app installed when click update wont let me asks apple id account. went ahead , bought under apple id update message go away still. know how fix this? screenshot below isn't apple id no idea belong to? nobody uses laptop me.
