Cracking/popping sound in speakers using mini-jack

hi guys

problem while music or movie playing , audio goes through mini-jack reciever, once in while makes loud pop or crack. sounds kind of when touch mini-jack while reciever turned on.
it's mid-2010 macbook pro 13"
can't find thread specific problem.
1 thread mentioned cuircuit in soundcard automatically resets or rid of noise builds up.

there solution this, don't anoying sound anymore , of course not getting disturbing white noise , on instead? or have face never acceptable analog sound...

 

have tried different cable?

haven't seen particular problem.

if don't find answer usb audio device. i've seen them in $30-35 range.
