Strange Carbon Copy Cloner Issue

i cloned hard drive , able boot external hard drive, when run ccc while booted external crashes every time making impossible clone blank hard drive. ive tried deleted , reinstalling ccc multiple times.

when put original hard drive in can run ccc no problem , if i'm booted off original hard drive can run ccc off external when boot off external not run

 

what crash report say? tried superduper! yet?
