My review of H20 Wireless

this may bait , switch event, leave decide.
wireless service provider promises "unlimited" texting , calling 50.00 month. best deal out there, signed on in november . however, on 01/13/2012 new iphone 4s ceased text. after being on hold on hour, h20 advised had been "texting excessively", , texting ability "restricted". explained had "legal right" this, customer responsible reading extensive terms , conditions posted on website. deep within difficult read document, states service may restricted "unreasonable use". not provide guidance or definition of constitutes "unreasonable use" of "unlimited use" advertise product. similarly, h20 has advised "restricted use" of texting ability have assessed me means no use @ all. representatives struggle english language @ irritating moments, such trying them explain parameters of term "unreasonable" or attempt enlighten them on word "unlimited" means defined merriam webster dictionary. definition reads "1.lacking control: unrestricted. 2.boundless, infinite, , 3. not bound exceptions", has no effect on them. incredibly difficult understand smug, comfortable, , unflappable. 1 gets sense deal issue constantly, so have become bored , amused repetitive complaints. 1 them told me uses at&t , never subscribe h20. of them told me have "character flaw" texting on "unlimited plan" have sold us. these people veterans.
it's not unusual ripped off these days, in-your-face arrogant nature of scam , people behind stunning. , irrefutably qualifies false advertising, if not bait , switch operation , mobile/social scam well.
initiating charge on fiance's credit card, i'm sure have no impact on operation @ all, , these criminals snare enough other suckers in minutes make loss irrelevant.
best deal out there after all, read advertisements.

report them

unfortunately when sign document or contract held terms , conditions. unlimited if signed off on without reading, can't complain.

best bet cancel service , contact better business bureau.

let me know how goes.
