stuck in reboot cycle

any tips iphone 4 stuck in 2 minute reboot cycle...
tried restoring following instructions dfu , seemed doing fine- phone seemd stop rebooting during restoration.

got point of configuring phone - , still stuck in reboot cycle restarting configuration process on , over. ( @ least send few texts , read half email 2 minutes!) point of signing in apple id , phone reboots...

do now???
