got iphone 4 christmas present.
set set ringtone , message alerts.
not best offering.
download custom ringtones , message alerts, impossible do. if kind enough give me simple steps accomplish appreciative.

congrats on new iphone. there 2 ways media onto iphone (ringtones, movies, songs etc...):

1. have purchase them itunes store on iphone

or

2. can download media on pc/mac, sync iphone using itunes on pc/mac.
