MP4 file has no audio

got new ipad , tried importing mp4 video file via itunes. when play on ipad there video no audio. tried playing on avplayerhd no audio either. file plays fine on laptop. uploaded other mp4 files , ipad played it.

looking @ file, there 2 audio files 2 languages tried remuxing file has 1 audio file still doesn't play.

ideas on problem? thanks.

 

what type of audio in mp4 file? ipad looking stereo aac audio in bitrate of 160 or less.

on mac or pc? software use playback on computer?
