i have come across old picture on net of outdoor concert 70's.
think there maybe used know in picture need zoom in part of picture keep pictures integrity, ie: no pixelation. art package have adobe photoshop elements, cannot seem that, or not know how to.
do have link picture? if 640 x 480 or 2000 x 1000 or whatever size, maximum resolution, , contain details already. zooming in possible, there no detail recovery, wasn't there in first place.
if hands on negative, thinks might different, negative stores more information scanned or reduced to.
