Did Incase change design of snap case or did I get a fake?

my old incase snap purchased @ apple store started cracking on corners no reason, ordered new 1 on ebay because bit cheaper ($19.99). got today, , noticed it's different 1 bought @ apple store 9 months back. i'm not sure if incase changed design, think got fake because packaging seems wrong too.

i don't remember there being plastic protector sheet on box cover.





the of box says it's "clear" when should "black"



the upc should "cl59593" not "cl59630"



another plastic sheet protector inside of case?



peeled off , it's glossy , scuffed inside? no soft plastic on inside of case.



color doesn't match.



logo doesn't match.



guys think?
