[Urgent!] restore data from another iPhone 4?

hi, exchanged iphone 4 32gb unlocked 16 gb 1 cousin. , since yesterday trying restore previous data 32gb one.
can't successes!
every time after restore new iphone, itunes show 'set iphone' page! mean doesn't show set new or restore backup!
i'm getting sick of seeing this.
please guys me solve issue.
in advance.

n.b: backup old iphone 4 right click on , click 'back up', itunes date , both device on ios 5.0.1!
operating system win 7 x64.

hold shift restore , pick backup want use.
