Running a Lion VM made in VMware Fusion 4 on VMware Workstation 8

as title of posting suggests, i'm trying create virtual machine of mac os x 10.7 lion on vmware fusion 4 on mac mini , take files comprise vm , use them run same vm on more powerful pc tower running vmware workstation 8. feel can't 1 trying figure out how this. been around block , want show me pointers this? appreciated.
