Please help. I am not really sure who I can contact within Apple? (merged)


i signed forum, please forgive me , noobness lol. have macbook pro , i've had rather lengthy issue apple , executive relations team.

month ago, computer stop charging intermittently. after 2 or 3 power cable replacements. executive relations advisor set repair @ memphis depot (i located in orlando give perspective on distance). sent out friday, , had tuesday. not bad if ask me. replaced logic board, magsafe connector, , battery after few hours, stopped charging again.

contacted advisor , asked if working @ moment, told him yes not working 20 minutes ago. told me since working fine, there nothing worry , contact him if happened again. long story short, after 2 weeks of having me diagnostics , testing, got fed attitude , constant insinuation lying.

managed new executive relations advisor "own" case. wanted me send in again. told him machine mother , owned , used meet quota of applications unemployment. convinced me take city bus nearest store , said repair , ship back.

last wednesday, took store. told saturday , make sure home, sign it. saturday came , didn't computer. contacted fedex find being shipped on monday , not require signature. wasn't thrilled possibility of having computer left on door step made sure home. took 3 more business days computer store 20 minutes away did when 800 miles away.

plugged computer in after getting , backlight on keyboard won't work. talked advisor , had tech run through diagnostics on phone. advisor told me go store because person did previous repair wanted @ it. said able fix while wait, not have take trip out since don't have car.

tech looked , decided needed new logic board again , wanted me leave couple more days. told advisor not afford anymore downtime , either needed replacement or @ least, loaner computer mother , have machine use, while ours in repair. declined both , @ 1 point pretty chuckled @ situation.

can't go above head because of position. do here? can't afford not have computer, keyboard backlight. there way of going above head? it's unfair me have waste more time without machine, because messed on repair.
 

talk store manager @ apple store did last repair.

bring repair forms show excess amount of repair. ask replacement computer.
