IPAD2 startup problem

hi,

jailbreaked ipad2 5.01 when came out , working when tried power having problem coming power on 1 second going coming again , not stopping, cant power off because comes on , off.

dont know do, should restore , how, dont know proper way. doesnt matter if loose data want ok
