Can an iPad replace my Netbook PC??

have been thinking ipad while, , new retina display etc seems time go it.

replace netbook main computer? thing worries me how handles files , documents. 95% of time use computer web browsing.

 

i think ipad adequate replacement netbook, not 1 actual computer. love ipad , it's useful, there's no way ever give mbp , use solely. though use predominately web browsing, ipad can't handle flash, , depending on sort of sites visit, issue. go ipad see if it, hold onto netbook in case need beyond ipad's capabilities. if have desktop/laptop, totally ditch netbook , keep desktop/laptop , ipad.

there lot of people out there use ipad computing needs. don't have links, maybe else does?
