need help!

i have macbook pro late 2011 , webnt recovery hd , erased hard drive reinstall operating system again.. after the installer finished installing , started install operating system fails usally quater of way through.. tried reinstalling installer 3 times , tried multiple times install operating system each time.. suggestions.. or know how make bootable osx lion cd using pc.. have no problem creating 1 mac cant seem using windows..
