New iPad not remembering wifi networks?

my ipad (3rd gen, wifi model) seems have problem remembering wifi networks. if restart ipad, i'd have re-enter network password. if restart router, same thing. if out of range , in, same issue. if turn off wifi , turn on, yep.

i've been googling issue , apparently quite few people having same problem.

 

are you, chance, using apple airport?
