2007 MacBook Died - Salvageable?

i owned 2007 era macbook died appears power circuit issue. tried smc reset, being far out of warranty, , me itching new macbook left in drawer , went on life.

cue yesterday when spotted again, , decided worth time ask around , see if could, in anyway, salvage macbook ti has in useful way, or if machine entirely dead weight because of power circuit.

 

do know fact it's power circuit? if it's not repairable practical purposes.
