Could I get away with running L4D2 with my specs?

i have doubts, figured it'd worth asking.

- intel "core 2 duo" 45 nm "penryn" (p8600) processor @ 2.4ghz
- geforce 9400m - 256 shared
- 8 gb ddr3
- 160 gb ssd

 

i used run l4d1 , 2 on 9400m macbook ages ago, worked fine under windows xp (medium settings+native resolution). don't know how osx handle though.
