mp3 audio compatible mac/windows

hi, have been asked put mp3 songs onto memory stick..

have mac book .. person has asked songs has windows laptop sort through songs , audio files

work or i/we wasting time...

alternatives.. make dvd/cd mac , windows laptop read disc etc..

many in advance

mp3 files play on both windows , mac. if that's concern should fine.

there plenty of third party programmes windows allow editing etc. well.
