i've been reading around , still cant understand.
macbook pros have sdxc card slots while macbook airs have sd card readers.. ive read tell me air support sdhc (maybe) , sd cards while macbook pros can read sdxc (exfat). in faq apple says air's sd card can read them all. can explain advantages of pros sdxc slot? in advance

2011 mba supposedly supports sdxc-

basically, sd 2gb (fat16), sdhc 32gb (fat32), , sdxc can go 2tb (exfat). sdxc comes pre formatted exfat, not things compatible. 10.6.5 , beyond believe can read exfat fine (assuming hardware allows), perhaps cameras , whatnot cannot (in format fat32, cameras can't fat32-formatted sdxcs). think.
