Sims 3 issues on mbp

hey guys

bought sims 3 mac, , when use half time (other half alright) keeps freezing have press power or volume button unfreeze it. freezes again , again , ive had enough.

also, buzzing sound comes out of speakers after 'unfreeze it'

had issue? getting annoying
