i'm going new york in few weeks , wanted new ipad whilst i'm there. question able use in uk uk based itunes account?

dont want have use itunes account buy music , apps when in uk. i've had on forums seen conflicting advice whether uk itunes account work?

buying wifi model , not 4g model that's not concern. can give definitive answer on this?

it work fine. you'll need plug adaptor charger.
