windows disappeared from startup manager

ever since osx lion update (10.7.3 me thinks), bootcamp win7 not show anymore in startup manager (holding option-key @ system startup).
oddly, it's still working in parallels (same win7 install)

ideas how make startup manager recognize win7 installation again? thx.
