Setting up a wireless audio package with Apple products

hello,
need creative mac owners out there offer advice set wireless home theatre/audio system using our apple products. have collected various apple products on years ;) , building new house speakers wired though out , use airplay functionality. person doing knowledgeable, has never done asking, willing build want using have. (we purchasing audio equipment thru person, suggested bluetooth equipment). purchased airport express boost our current internet signal, have time machine , iphone, ipad , mbp. plan on purchasing apple tv well. system built our house centralized storage room in our basement. (i.e., components, receiver etc, in room). question is, how use our iphone control our itunes library kitchen upstairs centralized unit located in basement storage room? apple tv need physically plugged receiver unit in storage room , strategically place airport express somewhere boost signal?
nice thing starting scratch system (other apple products have now), can still add boosters , docking stations in places, our audio guy said.

well amplifiers have airplay built in, , airport express ideal doesn't have built in, if running speaker wire, run ethernet (where-ever think might use it)

, use tv where-ever need video aswell
