Please HELP me with my Simple Passcode trouble!

i trying override forced setting of having complex 8+ digit passcode while having iphone setup data protection mode enabled. when go passcode lock settings, faced greyed out "simple passcode" , "erase data" setting (not allowing me change these).

use simple 4 digit passcode while being able access exchange 2007 email account.

running ios 5.0.1 (9a405) jailbroken redsn0w untethered.

can me i've been ripping hair out on issue!!

p.s. have been trying use ssh access .plist files , have tried editing 'clienttruth.plist' file found in '/var/mobile/library/configurationprofiles' no avail.
