MBA Rev A w/runcore boot issue

my apologies first off 1) i'm not mac person 2) i've searched forums have not found particular issue yet, hope not repost.

ceo of company work asked me restore rev mba working order installed runcore drive particular model , able install os. every other time reboots recieve folder icon question mark. can turn off , reboot , comes fine. reboot , icon once again. i've tried multiple zif cables same result, , identical model machine. i've reinstalled os same result. hoping firmware upgrade seems have latest. bought ssd on year ago believe , issue tabled until due workload. if has ideas on else can try i'd love see them. ahead of time.

runcore 64g-c rev 2030

 

i'd start making sure right device set default startup disk. 1 case zapping pram might help, , make sure runcore ssd selected startup disk in system preferences.
