iPad 2 Refurbished ios Version

do guys think have ios 5.0.1 installed on refurbished ipad 2 getting in mail apple? asking because want jailbreak it. manufactured on production week: 3 (january) 2011.

 

probably has 5.01 on it. sitting in warehouse until ordered it. 5.1 being couple days old, doubt apple had time update already.

had ipad swapped in late october, , remember how disappointed didn't have 5.0 on because couldn't restore icloud backup until got home.
