hi everyone,
doing research online backups osx. have been reading carbonite, mozy , backblaze. need able backup external hard drives leaning towards backblaze.
has ever used of these products , have recommendations?
look @ crashplan (which use).
key things crashplan can target external drives + machines + friends' machines (if have own free/paid account) online service. without account can setup 1 backup set backs anywhere servers. paid account getting storage space on servers , ability backup multiple backup sets. benefit of multiple backup sets can pick , choose goes where. desktop setup backup key stuff both crashplan , server own. itunes music/etc backed crashplan because of sheer size of it.
since can trial both backblaze , crashplan, i'd , pick 1 works best needs.
backblaze may little more inflexible, looks ui little easier work with. crashplan more powerful/flexible, ui might harder work with.
