Apple review process

as ios developer, think apple review process? prefer have no review , immediate submission of app market (like android), or find review useful?

 

i think it's overall thing, keeps worst of crap out of store.

on other hand don't there's lot of stuff can't do. , delay frustrating @ times - if discover nasty bug that's leading lots of bad reviews, , takes 30 seconds fix plus week of waiting , watching ratings drop!

think should have kind of trust system or something. devs have released 5 apps fast track check basics (which automated anyway).
