Macbook keyboards hitting 2 buttons at once

in school work for, have cart macbooks (13 inch, late 2008 models) goes between elementary grade classrooms. there 2 macbooks in cart not working correctly.

on one, whole bottom , middle rows of letters type each other, example hitting "a" or "z" types "az", or "." or "l" type "l.", etc. across 2 rows, , across letters , punctuation. not "shift" or "return" keys.
have popped keys off ran air duster through it, , didn't problem. no excessive dust under keys, nor there signs of spilled.

other's keyboard doing similar, keys, , not adjacent. example: hitting "delete" key delete previous character , turn volume (or press "f12" depending on settings), , hitting "fn" key hit , input "[" character.
same troubleshooting before, no signs of damage.

these hardware problems? if so, switching keyboard make work right? have @ least 1 free macbook keyboard salvaged dead one, , have switched keyboards out older model ibooks , macbooks, wouldn't problem me. want know if there i'm missing here, or not.

thanks,
l_c

i try switching out keyboards first - sound liquid damage may not be.

not unusual random keys on a1181 macbooks not work or give impression of 2 keys being pressed together. can caused damaged ribbon cable between top case , motherboard.

best swap keyboards on , check working before reassemble....
