Lock Info Weather Plugin not working? (also LockWeather plugin)

anyone know why? or how fix it? tried manual override... using yahoo weather code location. weather won't update lock screen @ all!

installed lockinfo on 4s 5.0.1 - every other plugin seems working. pita... since went through whole jb issue weather on lock screen again! , before suggests using crappy built in notification center weather widget... don't looks... liked lockweather plugin because replaced original lock clock had weather , extended forecast, or monthly calendar deepending touched. calendar drops down fine weather info stays blank.
