hi
i've come across extremely annoying ?new guideline? in more recent versions of itunes / ios. before begin explaining complaint, i'll give little background. have own (personal) itunes account / apple id , work itunes account. haven't authorized computer work itunes account because there no more slots, , don't need authorize playback of work content on computer.
"issue." prior ios 5, syncing idevice display message warning me applications not synchronized because mac wasn't authorized. said, okay this. though work content wouldn't sync, personal account items still backed , synced normal. basically, able "no" authorization without content destruction.
fast forward ios 5 / itunes 10.3 / icloud , later. now, when try sync either iphone or ipad, itunes displays similar warning, however, choices "cancel," "don't authorize," , "authorize." can't authorize , don't want "don't authorize" not option. why? not authorizing remove of work-related ios apps, etc. so, click "cancel." unfortunately, stops synchronization process entirely.
here go!..
1) ios 5, itunes 10.3 / 10.5, icloud, or change in all?
2) important: there way regain previous behavior, therefore, allowing me sync personal music, videos, , other data?
