Recommendation for a new 4S user

i using iphone 4 , 4s-16gb weekend.

using incipio feather iphone 4 , want try new

have been reading lot of reviews , try determine should get. dont want spend on accessories:

budget: less $30 on case , screen protector

had ruled out:
otterbox - bulky
desmay - no protection @ all
metallic cases
no bumper cases

considering:

lifeproof - little bit pricy
