Problem with "netatalk" and "Net Talk Toogle"

i installed netatalk , net talk toggle (sbsettings toggle)
on 4s. sadly have pretty annoying problem combination
though:

when turn netatalk off via sbsettings toggle, , return
sbsettings screen shortly after, toggle appears active again
(although netatalk isn't active, can check looking @ my
finder).
turn netatalk on again, first have deactivate toggle , activate again.

gives me false reading of netatalk's status.
knows fix that?
