Really slow MBP

i bought mbp (13" 2.7ghz) in august , great while it's gotten slower , slower , @ point takes 20 seconds load finder window, 5 seconds open chrome tab, 2+ minutes boot up.
it's getting ridiculous. 1 of friends recommended post screenshot of activity monitor if wanted here is.

got tips offer? @ rate i'm going end breaking against wall.

you have excessive amount of page outs, need more ram.
