Tab Syncing new feature problem

hi, i'm new here, if read forum ages.
decided sign today because have problem 2 preview version of mountain lion (12a154q):
when click on icloud icon in safari, doesn't work @ should ()
i'm sorry if it's in italian, translated like: "no icloud panel available".

1 problem? can do? iphone totally synchronized macbook icloud , rest works perfectly.

it not work ios devices yet. need update. works mac mac though
