Resolved Stuck in boot :(

made own shell , remounted hard drives, ssh phone , delete files causing problems

hey all,
downloaded few tweaks in cydia (animate , fix animate) when went reboot though got stuck booting, know problem can't file system uninstall said offending tweaks.
there way can access iphones files dfu mode/recovery mode etc.?
i've tried booting tethered redsn0w gets stuck @ boot logo
restore it, though that's lot of effort don't have laptop me
reasonably competent when comes iphones , computers don't think i'm total noob
