Resolved Make ICNS file icon the icon it contains

hi

i'm trying customise folder icons navigate faster. i've downloaded icns file when go 'show info' file's icon preview app icon , not actual icon file is.

suggests icns2ico file won't open in os x

can suggest how can use icns ive downloaded folder icon?
