Problems with Viber on Iphone 4

hello everyone,

i've bought iphone 4,and visited apple store,and recommended download viber,the best program free calls.however,i'm experiencing problem,after i've pressed free/install button next viber logo @ apple store.the problem occurred viber application still set on ''waiting'',its refusing downloaded other apps.the picture gray,i can't delete it,any solution how can fix problem?
