MacBook Pro Hd/SuperDrive broken

macbook pros superdrive died on friday night annoying live while.
today copying iphoto library external drive got 80gbs failed.
tried eject drive, wouldn't let me.
rebooted computer. flashing question mark folder!
assume hard drive has failed.
have lion boot disk, superdrive dead. can copy lion boot disk sd card , boot that? how do on widows?

 

use program image disks on windows. software being difference, follow instructions on blog referring using flash drives.
