iTunes library organization in finder

hey there,
i'm pretty new mac world, got frustrated today. friend of mine asked me copy songs on usb stick, , used going on file browser , looking them there... had huge folder containing particular genre of music had albums genre. when looked directory, organized artist. had allowed itunes this, @ time thought that, keep existing folders...
question is, possible import/copy music itunes usb stick or other medium while keeping album information? example, if want copy 3 albums artist(or various, gets trickier if try in finder) , place them on root of usb stick, there 3 folders, 1 each album , songs inside? had manually today...
also, there software organize music in finder differently? or have write script that?

 

if want organized in structure want, can change itunes keeps organized it. go preferences , uncheck keep itunes media folder organized. personally, if don't have backup of music in original structure, i'd pull of music out of itunes folder , reorganize it, reimport itunes.
