iPod touch Tweak to backup

i had ipod way liked ti how icons laid out , such, tried tweak called installous, , reverted of folders default. uninstalled it, , icons still default. have redo again, happened before itunes, question is, there way backup icon layout on springboard?

 

i don't think so... way restore it, think.
