How much additional RAM can I add?

hi all,

know how additional ram can add imac has been running inefficiently. imac bought in 2008 , spec included in attached files. friend told me uses ddr , max can use 2gb, mean can add 1gb mac. please let me know if correct or if more can added. in advance.

your friend wrong. machine takes ddr2 667mhz ram , officially supports 4gb ram, third party it's been upgraded 6gb (4gb , 2gb). i'd stick matched pair , go 4gb.
