AT&T throttling thread - MAP

hi all!

"what this" - attempt gather data , compile map on at&t's evil throttling practice. purpose of map show areas of country getting throttled @ point.

"that's awesome- how can help?" - need post monthly data use- available in at&t app, if have gotten warning/notice being throttled, , physically. (city/state helpful)

"anything else?" - if you've used under gig, , haven't gotten message, please don't post... thread needs remain readable

i use between 2 , 4 gb per month. got first throttling notification on january 25, , hair on 2 gb. i'm in dallas/fort worth area
