HELP NEEDED: Gmail via Exchange keeps prompts for password

i have iphone 4s 5.0.1.

finished restoring phone factory settings , didn't utilize backup file. before restore didn't hv problem.

i'm using gmail through exchange , hv followed directions given resolve annoying ass password issue no avail. cannot contacts, email or calendar , i'm beyond frustrated. hv deleted acct re-added after did captcha verification , turned on two-step verification.

please help!​

 

i have fixed changing password on gmail account , adding account thru phone.
