New website, opinions needed

hello.

i'm starting new website in i'll posting tutorials , news apple products , other stuff, in arabic.


still haven't made mind yet how website be. dont know if i'm going use cms wordpress, or use ready-made template , customize (which hard, highly customizable)

problem is, want website organized, yet dynamic , easy play with. wordpress , themes can bit hard manage, because have news section, section categorized tutorials, don't know how make them categorized in way want, using wordpress or other cms.

, when @ ready-designed templates, can it, pain in neck manage , post manually (news , tutos), i'm gonna create lot of pages myself.


opinions highly appreciated.
