URGENT: iPad restore problem

i selling ipad , need restore personal info erased. when restore itunes, "there problem downloading software" error. when click on more info, takes me http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1275 page. have macbook pro lion , latest itunes (10.5.3).

how problem can solved? if not work, how else can deleted apps, emails, logins, etc?

supposed deliver ipad tomorrow morning need tonight.

 

settings > general > reset > erase content , settings
