PowerBook G4 turns off when charger plugged in?

i have 1ghz 15" powerbook g4. runs fine off battery, plug charger in turns off , won't turn on again until static reset (powerbutton held down 10 secs).

i've tried pram, nvram , static resets. i've tried 3 different batteries, 3 different chargers (2x 65w & 1x 45w).

batteries won't charge either, , known batteries.

have no idea whats going on, have ideas?

 

faulty dc in board? guess though..
