Option to purchase iLife not available in App Store, only accept?

i've found various threads on this, don't tend give lot of information.

sold mid-11 mba friend when got ipad 3 covered mobile needs. boyfriend reinstalled lion recovery partition, when went install ilife suite, couldn't. there's option 'accept' apps, they're tied itunes account. none of can find way enable purchasing apps.

currently, i've given username , password download , update them, it's kind of pain if has log in me update (not sure if that's case).

buying ilife 11 dvd option, or missing enable purchase? if so, sell them @ apple store don't have order off of amazon/bestbuy.com?

 

they need buy apps under own mas itunes account. @ moment, tied account, purchased you. if have logged mas redownload apps etc, potentially download whatever want under account, , have charged you. not neatest way things if passing ownership.
if have logged out, unable run updates on apps until log in.

easiest way things them repurchase apps under own account, or purchase dvd.
